I'm currently taking 105 mg. of Nardil, augmented with 900 mg. Lithium. I do feel a bit better since increasing the Nardil from 90 mg., however, I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea around that time and started using a CPAP machine. It's hard to tell if getting some sleep is making me feel better OR if the increase in Nardil is making me feel better OR if the Lithium augmentation is making me feel better. As I write this, I realize that this post is probably not too helpful. Sorry!
Other than weight gain, I haven't really had any side effects from Nardil at any dose. My pdoc will not go any higher than 105 mg. of Nardil, so if my depression is not completely alleviated by the meds I'm taking now, we plan to dump the Lithium and augment with something else.
