Ok the meds are 20 mg celexa, known as citalopram over here in the uk and 80 mg inderal, that is slow release propranolol.
Two very important points, firstly I took 3 months to get up to 20 mg, going in very small increments using the liquid.
Secondly these positive changes have taken a year to come on and have happened gradually.
It is also worth pointing out that I have qualified as a psychotherapist which included 5 years of individual therapy and three years of group, art and psychodrama. I have also had 30 cognitive therapy sessions and was described by my therapist as a very compliant patient, yet none of this had remotely the same positive benfits as the celexa.
The problem is that this "cosmetic psychopharmacology" is no where near an exact business and anyone taking the same combo as me might have no or negative effects.
Another effect for example has a positive and a negative side- delayed ejaculation, it may be somewhat frustrating for me, but it sure as heck makes me very popular with the ladies!
