Max I can say is you add an SSRI or even best Effexor beggining 75mg/day an rise more fast you can, depending in your side effects. Do you know what you read in inser papers? no more than 225mg of XR and 300 mg of the normal.(I think is this). But you could rise as much as 400mg of SR(I already saw pDocs prescribing 600mg). In the beggining of treathment take some ritalin, about 40 mg, and as you go rising the effexor, reduce thr ritalin till stop it. About reboxetine, if the side effects are getting too strong, go lowering it as necessary. And if someday you beggin to feel a little bad, change rebox to bupropion till 300mg, than low the effexor a little, if necessary, go on Lamictal... Talk with you med!!! say you are tired of this mycroscopic dosages of AD-s. You want a strong and efficient result. The ritalin will make you fine till effexor hit his point.
