Thank you for your kind words, galkeepinon. However, my OCPD did play a large part in my inability to pass the bar exam, so far anyway, but I know enough now to study differently....i.e.,not try to know everything...just the important stuff. But perhaps my mentioning graduating from law school despite GAD/OCD/Depression can be of some encouragement to someone out there that perhaps they too can reach for their goals either large or small (I don't recommend law school) and know that with the right medications, and support, there is hope for a better life. Some may say that perhaps my conditions were and are not as severe as theirs, and some are probably right, but my first year of law school I was so depressed that my Dad would literally have to drag me out of bed and around the block in the snow, just so I could make it to class. And then he found me a good doctor who gave me Impramine, a wonder drug for me at that time (perhaps I should go back to it). I know I am one of the lucky ones with excellent family support and access to medications, but for those without these blessings, I say a special sincere prayer for God to look over you, send you support, medication, and peace.
