My weight loss began when I started taking 200 mgs. I am currently taking 300 mgs. The lethargic feeling didn't begin with me until I started at 300 mgs. Hoping it will go away soon! But, I take it for Bipolar disorder, and have not been more stalble in my life! Hopefully things will stay this way! Here's wishing you well! Karen
