I am not sure, let's see what others think.

I am pretty sure that my depression is 100% related to seratonin though. I took Wellbutrin and it did nothing for me though. Effexor had worked in the past, but doesn't now.

I know that something like 5HTP has much more seratonin action than Wellbutrin, because I can pop a 5HTP and literally feel a slight lift in my depression and anxiety a few hours later. I don't think Wellbutrin itself has any affect on seratonin.
