Maybe not, but overdosing in general is a bad idea. It is a sign that something is SERIOUSLY wrong and that person needs help. Even if this wasn't a *serious* suicide attempt, even it it was half-hearted, it doesn't mean there won't be a more serious attempt next time...

If someone attempts suicide, and you know about it, you should really get them to a hospital. It's not up to you to determine what kind of help they need, and I, for one, would feel terrible if I knew a friend had half-heartedly attempted suicide and I didn't do anything, and then they later tried again and succeeded.

So, whether that amount of Lexapro is fatal or not is irrelevant...an overdose is an overdose, and that person needs help.
