FWIW, I started to experience quite a slump at about 4 weeks on the 10mg of Lexapro. I had had some side-effects so rather than bumping me straight up to 20mg I was bumped up to 15mg for about 2 weeks and then up to 20mg.
I am now coming up on 8 weeks and seem to be away from the side-effects and am reasonably happy with the results. (Would definitely recommend the slower titration up if you had a lot of side-effects in the beginning).
