> Hi Andrew. how are you, it's Ben, (temoigneur) from Dr. Bob's. We've missed your concise powers of deduction, but I guess you've entered medical school? I'll get to the point, I'm in dier straights with my OCD GAD, SP, and PD. Benzodiazepines; clonazepam, specifically "ignite" my mind, wonderfully, but it causes severe memory loss and sedation if I take it a dose high enough to control my anxiety. Right now I'm at 4mg clonazepam, 30 Nardil and 7.5 Zyprexa. , My doc. is proposing behavioral therapy and wants me to get a job - not a hope in hell - so i was wondering, do you think Ondansetron could help with benzo induced fatigue and memory lapse, also is the site still running that offers the drug for 30 cents a day, I'll assume that's four mg, I have no way of knowing but I imagine I'd need a higher dose if I'm to be taking 6mg of clonazepam a day. If I could get that site you'd be saving my life, I tried the other site you recommended but they only take discovery card and Amer. Expr.... I'm Canadian and only have VISA Anyway, I'd be so greatful if I could get that information, I know you must be punishably busy, I wouldn't ask if it wasn't bad, thank you so much, this could give me back part of my life and allow me to return to school, anyway, thanks again

> Hello I’m a 25 yr old male with severe treatment resistant OCD, GAD, SP, and PD. I have tried the full range of pharmaceuticals including MAOI’s with no lasting success. When I was initially put on prozac it worked brilliantly for four months, I was able to maintain almost a straight A average in college, my social life was great, than one day the anxiety just came back for no obvious reason. My doctor has me on a combination of medications that leaves me sedated, hazes my cognition, and adversely affects my memory. I have been through an intensive exposure response prevention program in Sacramento; I put what I had into it, at one point the therapist had to tell me to relax, but it did not seem to work for me as was hoped. I’m willing and eager to be a part of any study that might give me access to a drug that could help restore some degree of normalcy. At present I don’t work, have any social contacts beyond my immediate family, and am unable to attend school. Today I can write more clearly than most days because I upped my clonopin, but the positive effects of this last just a little while, and then I become very drugged, dull, and sedated. I am Canadian, and would be unable to pay outpatient costs for an extended trial if I had to come to a distant treatment center. However, I am willing to stay as an inpatient, or perhaps the best case scenario, have my neuropsychiatrist work in tangent with the researchers and adminster the drug or placebo up here in Vancouver. Any suggestions for participation in a trial that might give me access to a drug that could give me greater control over my symptoms and life would be eagerly welcomed to say the least. Thank you
