Are you sure it's 200mg? I didn't think they made anything other than 150 and 300 in the XL.
Anyway, I wouldn't worry about a siezure. The likelihood af having one is increased only marginally (a 0.4% chance at 400mg instead of a 0.1% chance without). The only likely adverse effect gleaned from their studies (>10%) was headache.
