Hey--if you are having diarrhea just from lithium, you are on too much lithium. It's not supposed to give you diarrhea if the dosage is correct, and I know several people on lithium who had the problem solved after they tweaked their dosages. Ask your pdoc. Do your hands tremble too? That is also a sign that you are on too much lithium.
