For me, taking an ad is helpful in that it allows me some physical and mental comfort while I continue to work on stuff with my therapist. I know that if I just take ad"s my problems will be waiting for me at the end of the pill!
I gained a little weight on Effexor, and lost my sex drive.I hope you find someone to talk to about your worries if you haven't already. It sounds like when you look in the mirror you see someone who is physically not totally you! Is that a Wal Mart mirror?.
