sinus headaches form Effexor?

I have been on Effexor 75xr for 2 weeks now, it doesn't seemed to have helped the depression yet...should I wait, and how long does it usually take to work?
Also been having many side effects, worse one being sinus problems...I have looked at all listed side eefects, but cannot find this one...has this effected anyone else in this way?
