Sorry that I don't really have the time at the moment to respond in more detail, but some options for treatment of aggression are mood-stabilizing medications (especially Depakote) and beta-blockers (though taking into consideration your serious depression as well as the propensity of beta-blockers to cause depression, I'd advise against them). I personally found Depakote helped a very great deal a few years ago when I was constantly having adolescence-induced outbursts of anger.
