You can also try natural, but effective, approaches: Picamilon, Kava Kava, L-Theanine.
There are also anecdotes that Ultram can be great medication. Personally, I've been using Ultram for a short time, but found it 2nd best to Dexedrine which gave me tolerance.Take care,
