Take heart! I had the worst withdrawal from Effexor of any one of the meds I have taken. Only got up to 75mg as it raised my blood pressure. Tried to stop cold turkey and had some of the same symptoms you describe. Spent days in agony, muscle and brain zaps, anxiety, panic, etc, etc. My humble opinion is you are withdrawing from the Effexor rather than having SE's from Lexapro. Get ahold of your doc!. and good luck.
