> goodnight......For me it was Chex Mix, or sourdough toast w/real butter, I couldn't get enough!!! And about the same time, weeks 4-7. For some reason sugar gave me either a headache or made me anxious/hyper. But I got over it and have only *binged* a time or 3 in the last couple of months (because I was upset or really bored, they triggered the eatfest).
