Oh yes. I started taking it (I want to say 100 mg per pill for me), and within 1-3 days? noticed an increasing difficulty to attain an orgasm. Interest in sexual activity decreased a little as well. For me, it did not effect the ability to attain an erection, just the orgasm. For me, there was definately a desensitizing effect on the penis. Similar to Prozac.

The more you take (dosage), the harder it was to attain an orgasm. At orgasm was sometimes completely unattainable.

Over time, the sexual side effects dinished (1-2 months) but were definately still there.

The doctor prescribed Viagra, but this didn't seem to help very much, but I only tried it 2-3 times. The drug's documentation indicated that Viagra is more successful the more you use it.

Hope this helped. Anyway, the drug was a nightmare for me, causing incapacitating fatigue, the sexual side effects above, nausea, decreased appetite (I'm too skinny as it is), and a lack of enjoyment from eating foods I used to love. It has no real benefit to my mood, at least any perceived benefit.

Good luck,

-V-
