lol, well it's the highest dose recommended by the FDA, and case reports of Ultram use in depression/OCD say that something in the range of 300-400mg/day is normally required. I've certainly never gotten a buzz from it, though... sure, it makes me feel better soon after taking it, but so do benzos, and I don't get a buzz from them either.
