Thank you for your advice.

In fact, I added Adrafinil and the result is good. I feel awake and able to think again. I am a man, and SSRI causes problem to my libido. I am now trying Wellbutrin. Today is my 2nd day on it. I hope it can help me. Otherwise, I will add Prozac again.

> The SSRIs vary highly in that regard... while most find Prozac to be "activating", others may find it sedating. Likewise, some people may find a sedating SSRI like Luvox to be stimulating. <shrug>

It belongs to a new class of drugs referred to as eugeroics ("good-arousal"). It is FDA-indicated for use in narcolepsy, but the manufacturer is seeking approval for use in excessive daytime sleepiness as well. I'm very confident that Provigil would solve your problem -- and if the Prozac is working, I certainly wouldn't advise switching to another medication that may or may not work for you. Hope this helps!
