Nardil dosing schedule... please advise

Ok, so I'll probably move up to 60 mg soon. My question is, should I take 30 mg twice a day, 30 mg once/15 mg twice a day, or 15 mg four times a day? 30 mg X 2 seems the most practical... but I wanted to see other Nardil taker's input. Thanks a bunch.
