starting nardil tomorrow, questions...

i'm several days into my effexor washout. i feel absolutely horrible, both mentally and physically. will the withdrawal symptoms go away as soon as i start the nardil? if not, how long does it take? any other information on starting nardil (what to expect, etc.) would be much appreciated.
