My son is 14 and extremely mature for his age. I would NEVER switch him during the school year, and I wouldn't switch him unless *he* wanted to try the Straterra. He takes Ritilin as a necessary evil. He doesn't much like it but hates even more how his grades slipped last year when he tried going without it.I have the best son in the world, my world at least. :) I wouldn't mess with his meds on a whim. I appreciate your insight on concerns from his point of view.

The thing with strattera is it can take up to a few months to really see results, thats so hard for a student to deal with!!!!! Just thought I'd put my two cents in, cause I am a college student and just went through all the stress of switching.
