Oddly, it doesn't seem to help me fall asleep any better/faster, just makes it really hard to get out of bed in the morning. By the way I am taking it for anxiety/panic disorder along with 2mg of xanax xr in the morning and .5mg of regular xanax at night with the gabitril. Can't say I've noticed much antianxiety effect and didn't have the getting up in the morning problem until adding the gabitril.
