hey books ~

i don't know how much the THRIST may have subsided from adapting to lexapro
rather than
my concern about trying to stay hydrated because of my sense the importance of avoiding dehydration ... ....
... ... i have been drinking more water than ever in my life since i have been taking lex and i feel much better and stronger ...

you know, my lex experience has inspired me to drink more water ... ... Have I just been dehydrated my whole life until now?

now i am so conscientious about drinking enough water that it is as if i am on high alert for whenever i feel thristy ... ...

i have had regular headaches from my sinuses due to allergies ... ... these have diminished and i credit the extra water ... and maybe the lexapro?

good luck!!
~ jim
