Remeron does cause agitation and irritability upon start-up, having said that, considering your reaction to your daugther and her safety after only one dose, I would not take another dose of it. I've been on Remeron since Jan 02 and although I went through the agitation and irritability I could control it. This may not be a good medication for you to be taking.
PS Dr. Bob, you may see this as a put-down, it's not, I do understand this person's struggle, but there is a child involved here.Ess
