I don't know the specifics of the products, but I'd think NADH would be more desirable. The H (hydrogen) it possesses is used by cells to regenerate ATP, a primary source of metabolic energy. NAD is the "carrier", and normally gets the H (really an electron from hydrogen, which is nothing but an electron plus a proton) from breakdown of carbohydrates and other foods.

So maybe NAD would help, but I'd put my money on Enada NADH. It has the enteric coating which allows it to bypass the acidic stomach environment and enter the more alkaline intestine. I use it from time to time, and it does seem to provide a lift. Like LH, I recommend -- they're very reliable and have reasonable prices, although I don't know the details of shipping across the border (I live in the U.S., although I'm a Canadian and lived in Canada most of my life).
