Im losing my hair !!!!!!!!

hi , how can I stop my lost of hair???
I have tried many diferents shampos , but nothing seems to work.
I only have to pass my hand over my head , and hundreds of them full my hand.
is this Alopecia ?? or something like that
What can I do??
I have take many drugs , maybe that is the reason
help
