This is really a similar issue with me. I will say this, though...that completely stopping medications is not the answer. What I do think is the answer maybe is tinkering with your meds, as I think we have to constantly move some of the amounts around as our lives change. You are gonna have to do the research on your own, though...and check around the internet...see what others are doing or saying. I wouldn't say this if you where just starting meds...but it has been over a decade for me as well, and I find I gotta keep 'ahead' of the meds, so my body doesn't get used to them.
Just IMHO...YMMV...etc..
