> Ace, have you considered that 5 mg, and particularly 2.5 mg, may not be effective doses for you since you are a smoker? They could be... but if you get no response, this could be the reason why.

The amount I smoke (11/day) will make about 0.1% difference. Many people smoke on Zyprexa and notice NO difference. In fact, I have never known any smoker to notice a difference while on Zyprexa. Some guy was on 5mg- smoked to packs a day, and he loved Zyprexa- no probs with the fags. I've searched heaps of anecdotes, and unless you smoke a ridiculous amount I doubt it would have much impact on the Zyprexa. It probably has a non noticable impact- cause the drug is still getting to youyr brain, it's just being metabolised a little quicker. In other words you MUST notice something, smoker or not.
Do you want me to quit smoking?!!

Ace.
