That really depends upon the dose you were taking. If you were at the "standard" 150mg SR x 2, then you may have had the symptoms you described. However, did your doc ever try to reduce you to the 100mg SR? I think WB can be an excellent med, but yes, it CAN cause those sort of side effects. When my doc tried to bump me up to 200mg SR x 2, I could not adjust to the chest pain/tightness etc... that you described. So, it IS very much a dose-related condition. Personally, if you haven't tried the smaller dose, but DID find good AD effects from WB, maybe you SHOULD try it before you write it off as "not for you."
