you posted because you feel guilty about this method of losing weight. you also know it's called bulimia. Kudo's to you for having the guts to talk about what you are doing. it isn't a risk free way to lose weight. you'll damage the enamel on your teeth. you could potentially damage your back (from the force of heaving). the list goes on and on. it's a disorder. you can get caught in the "binge and purge" cycle and that can hurt you financially. Bulimia will screw up your metabolism and make weight harder to lose in the future. Nip it in the bud, and stop right now. Try walking instead. :)
