Yep, I still take the Remeron at bedtime. It does get me to sleep, but I notice I FEEL more rested after I take the Restoril along with it at night. I am wondering if this is the reason I have felt so agitated, no benzo in the mix for the past few months. I think the only reason she took me off it was because I could get to sleep without it now and we were trying to pair down my meds. I never built up a tolerance to it. Took it for about a year and a half straight and never needed more than 15 mgs., tried 30, too strong. I am going to try it again tonight and see how I feel tomorrow. If this is all it will take to keep me calm I think I will consider getting her to add it back. Much better than the weight producing Zoloft. No call back yet from the doctor about the hairloss. I'm sure it's low on the priority list! LOL!
