I was worried when I started Abilify that I would experience some kind of akathisia. I have been on it for 3 weeks now, titrated last week up to 30 mg/day, and no problems. I used to take Zyprexa, 20mg/day, and occassionally experienced restless leg syndrome in the evenings, but it was a fleeting problem. Good luck to you if you decide to try it.
