hmm, yeah, i know whatcha mean ... the constipation too... aargh.
I'm curious: Do you take your Effex. at night too? I wonder if it has anything to do with number of hours after a new dose cycling thru the body?? I know XR is supposed to be time released but i imagine there's some variation, isn't there? or not? I guess, come to think of it, there shouldn't be that much w/ time release but i am just now processing that for the first time actually ...
thanks for responding -- How long have you been at the 150 dose? have you noticed a change in something you might think of as adrenalin levels? energy? What positive benefits have you felt?
