I used the Nature Made SAM-e on and off for a year at doses of up to 1600mg/day. For me, it had a very, very mild anti-depressant affect, most noticeably, it seemed to relieve some of the anxiety-tension I carry around in my torso. However, the stuff seems to "poop out" a lot. After a couple of months of use, I can't tell if it's having an affect anymore. I have tried other brands with similar results. Frustrating. Have either of you had any luck with any other "natural" treatments for anxiety/depression?
