Glad that you are better now Caleb.
I must say that supps do affect the mind and body alot. My trial with certain supps have affected the way I feel and I have chose to continue with some and to end others.
I think small changes to your regimen are a good way to trial supps. What were u trying out previous to this happening?
> Well... tuesday night my depression got to a point that it was simply unbearable - I could not put up with it any longer. I was not suicidal, however I did attempt to harm myself a few times, and became very agitated/agressive. So, I wound up in the hospital wednesday morning, voluntarily. Stayed until this afternoon. My previous med combo of

> Xanax 0.5 mg as needed

I don't know if it's the meds already doing something or what... but it is encouraging. Obviously things aren't going to snap back to normal immediately, but I think I'm on the right track. Hopefully, the added Anafranil will help with the OCD - the depression, anxiety, etc all stem from the OCD in the first place in a way. It's also comforting to know I have Xanax around if I happen to need it.

> It's odd though, as I was adding supplements to my daily regimen, my condition seemed to worsen. I'm assuming it is only a coincidence, but now I'm scared to start taking any supplements again.
