Just to clarify -- as far as I can tell, Picamilon is perfectly legal in the U.S. (anyone feel free to correct me on this). I've ordered it from one of the sources mentioned before, and it was shipped from within the U.S. Looking at their website now, I do see that they offer other, prescription drugs which are shipped from outside the U.S. (I hadn't even realized this; it's a bit cryptic).
So, I can understand why Dr. Bob is uncomfortable with having this information given out on his site. I do have a couple of questions though -- neither is a criticism of Dr. Bob's policies, I'd just like to know.
1) Picamilon is legal, right?
2) What is the status of the laws on importation of prescription drugs without a prescription? I see conflicting information: some people say a 90 day supply of just about anything can be imported legally, others say that simply isn't so.
I have no intention of ordering any prescription drugs over the internet, and am not asking for any specifics on how to do so. I'm really just curious about what the law actually says, since I've heard so many different stories.
Regardless of the legalities, I do see why Dr. Bob wouldn't want to facilitate use of prescription meds without prescription, just as he wouldn't want advice on methods for committing suicide etc. being exchanged here.
