hi.ive been temporarily taken off meds cos theyre not agreeing on it,and i dont want to whine but im so depressed,its wrecking my head.i only see my shrink for half an hour every week and ive no mates who i can really talk to it about,and my ma and da are dead,get the violins out!
no,really,can any of you help me maybe by giving me any adresses to any online support groups,not chatrooms cos for some reason they tend to be very bitchy and cliquey,or at leadt the yahoo ones do!
som site like this would be fab,if you know of any,cos i know this is mostly to do with meds.
