Need some help from anyone out there! I have been on Lex for about 11 weeks, doesn't seem to be making a significant change in my anxiety at all. I have gained over 10 lbs. and have some of the normal side effects. My doc is suggesting I switch to Paxil...need some guidance on this. Not sure about switching..I don't know that much about Paxil and how it is better/worse than Lexapro. Can anyone provide their own experiences? Any help would be appreciated!
