Hi there - when I was on topomax the word loss factor came on very quickly (at 25mgs)- it's called "topo-stupid" or "topo- foolery" (obviously not real technical terms).
I am surprised that it took so long for you to get it.
So I guess you just have to decide if you can live with it or not. In my case, I couldn't. Oh and the topomax made psychotic in the end. :-)
If you are using it for your binge eating, then maybe there is something else you can try.
