... you are sounding much more confident, which i believe reflects both
the time the lexapro has had to help
AND
the benefit you've gained by having learned more about your condition plus
your accepting that you have a condition to deal with ...... and getting your pdoc to help with the xanax should be a relief, if just to have the fall-back support in case you develop a crisis (or what feels like a crisis anyway).
