(yes, i'm a perfectionist!)

Hi, I've found that L-tyrosine (500mg) every so often definitely has an energizing/motivating effect. I don't like to take it regularly-it seems to poop-out after about four or five days. Have you thought about a SAM-e trial? I tinkered with that, but it made me a little grouchy and wired. Ron Hill and some others are into ENADA NADH, maybe that would be worthwhile? That stuff sounds pretty strong for me--I would probably whizz off into outer space :)
