Yes, this only happens when I lay down and my eyes are closed. It really reminds me of the after the merry go round stops feeling. It can happen when I am falling asleep or I awaken suddenly with the feeling. Last night I took the lower Neurontin dose and 1/2 Klonpin dose and I did not get the feeling, so I will keep my fingers crossed that it was my meds.
