> I've checked few studies and it seems as nikethamide (nicethamide) is a nicotinic acid diethylamide, and has stimulant-like properties. Anyone knows if it could be used together with nicotinamide/NADH to enhance the effects of those 2 compounds on dysthymia?
Seems more like a laboratory curiosity than anything else. All experiments that I found involved routes of delivery that were non-oral, suggesting that it does not pass the gut intact. Moreover, I found this:
"Formerly, nikethamide and ethamivan were used as respiratory stimulants but are no longer recommended because the effective doses were close to toxic levels."
