Need some help....really appreciate an answer!

I've been reading Dr. Heller's site......he says that some folks have an overactive 5HT1a receptor which can cause generalized anxiety....he says that when these people take SSRI's that all serotonin receptors become activated, including the 5HT1a receptors...this makes those people even MORE anxious, irritable, or angry.....so, I need to know what effect Remeron has on 5HT1a receptors---does it BLOCK those receptors OR does it further activate those receptors? Very important to me...please help if you can...Thanks!
