I spoke with my doc, few months ago, about Aurorix, but he said that it was not as effective as other Imao, cause it is a reversable-Imao not a pure imao like Phenelzine. He said that he try it many times without a proved efficacy, so he didn't prescribed it to me.
Currently i am not on anyone Ad. I passed a bad winter, in particular the first months of the new year, with many depressive episodes. Unfortunely i realized that i have became more sensitive to the side effects of AD. An example is reboxetine that once didn't gave me dizzyness or drowsiness, even if sexual disease.
I have recently tried to take 2 mg of it and i became within 1 hour completely drunk, absolutely out of mind!
Same thing on SSRI, with exception of efexor that i can tolerate even not effective for me: it can give to me 1 day of relief during a dep crisis, but it seems not to work for a complete therapy for me.
I will wait that Escitalopram will be on the market in Italy, hope within few months, as producer said.
I've read also that a new SNRI (like rebox) will be on the market during this year, but i can't remember the name of it!
So.....I wait!
