My son has had a similar reaction and was switched from dexedrine. I have just lowered his dose to 25mg and hope this will help.

Since then I've seen him cry for no reason, get mad for no reason, rage, shout, yell, hit, and run away. He goes into the rages out of nowhere and then it's like you can't control him.
