I had a terrible problem with angry outbursts. with slight provacation i would lose contol and say things that i could not take back and which later shocked me as well. I really found lamotogine (200mg) helped dramatically with this problem . Now people like may sister can endlessly needle me without it getting to me.my response is calm and collected . i'm still sarcastic as ever though i have complete control over what i am saying.
