Hi there, I live in the sunshine state and have noticed nothing different with my skin when being in the sun. I also have blue eyes, blonde hair, but more dark complexion than you. Just use your sun screens and stay out for short times to see what happens. I live an hour from the beach and have not gotten the nerve to drive that far yet. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
